Rebeca Grynspan and DCO Secretary-General Deemah Al-Yahya sign Memorandum of Understanding in Geneva
21 October 2025 — Rebeca Grynspan, Secretary-General of UN Trade and Development (UNCTAD), with H.E. Deemah Al-Yahya, Secretary-General of the Digital Cooperation Organization (DCO), during the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) at Room A646, Palais des Nations, Geneva. The meeting was also attended by Ms. Haneen Fares, DCO Chief of Staff, and Mr. Mohamed Aljowder, DCO Protocol Manager.
