UN Trade and Development (UNCTAD) Secretary-General Rebeca Grynspan on 7 June 2024 at the Palais des Nations in Geneva, Switzerland. Ms. Grynspan, of Costa Rica, was appointed the eighth Secretary-General of UN Trade and Development on 13 September 2021. She is the first woman to hold this position in the history of the organization.
