Rebeca Grynspan joins global leaders at Nizami Ganjavi High-Level Meeting on multilateralism
23 September 2025 — Rebeca Grynspan, Secretary-General of UN Trade and Development (UNCTAD), at the 34th High-Level Meeting of the Nizami Ganjavi International Center in New York, held on the sidelines of the 80th UN General Assembly under the theme “Multilateralism at a Crossroads: Challenges and Pathways to Peace.” The meeting gathers current and former heads of state and government, as well as leaders of international organizations, to discuss global cooperation and the future of multilateralism, with a focus on equality, climate change, health, technological transformation, and geopolitical shifts.
