Rebeca Grynspan Receives the Isabel Oyarzábal Award
5 September 2025 - Spanish Foreign Minister José Manuel Albares awarded Rebeca Grynspan, Secretary-General of UN Trade and Development (UNCTAD), the first Isabel Oyarzábal Prize for her lifelong commitment to equality, democracy and multilateralism. The ceremony highlighted the importance of feminist foreign policy and celebrated Grynspan’s pioneering leadership as the first woman to head UNCTAD.
