7–11 July 2025, Room XIX, Palais des Nations, Geneva, Switzerland The 9th United Nations Conference to review the Set of Principles and Rules on Competition brings together ministers, heads of competition and consumer protection authorities, and senior officials from around the world to discuss how fair, open, and inclusive markets can drive sustainable development, protect consumers, and promote economic growth. This year marks the 45th anniversary of the UN Principles on Competition and the 40th anniversary of the UN Guidelines for Consumer Protection—two milestones in shaping global markets for the benefit of all.
