UN Trade and Development and Switzerland sign agreement for Phase II of the E-commerce and Digital Economy Programme
21 October 2025 — Rebeca Grynspan, Secretary-General of UN Trade and Development (UNCTAD), signed with Switzerland (represented by Monica Rubiolo, SECO) the Contribution Agreement for Phase II (2025–2029) of UNCTAD’s E-commerce and Digital Economy Programme, at Room X, Palais des Nations, Geneva.
