Presentation of UNCTAD’s 2025 Report on Assistance to the Palestinian People
24 November 2025 — Rebeca Grynspan, Secretary-General of UN Trade and Development (UNCTAD), delivered introductory remarks during the plenary session of the Trade and Development Board on the 2025 Report on UNCTAD Assistance to the Palestinian People (TD/B/72/3). She was followed by a presentation of the report by Mutasim A. Elagraa of the Division on Globalization and Development Strategies, before statements by regional groups and member States and an open Q&A session.
