SG Rebeca Grynspan Engages with Saudi Leadership on Entrepreneurship, Investment and Transport
UN Trade and Development Secretary-General Rebeca Grynspan launches the new UNCTAD Entrepreneurship Forum alongside Sultan Al-Hamidi, CEO of the Social Development Bank of Saudi Arabia, reinforcing support for the next generation of entrepreneurs through 2030. Strengthening entrepreneurship and investment remains a core pillar of UNCTAD’s work. During her visit, the SG also held productive meetings with H.E. Mr. Khalid bin Abdulaziz Al-Falih, Minister of Investment of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, focusing on collaboration in international investment agreements, investment facilitation, and the importance of robust investment statistics. She further met with H.E. Mr. Saleh Nasser Al-Jasser, Minister of Transport and Logistic Services of Saudi Arabia, to exchange views on transport, logistics and their role in enabling trade and sustainable development.
