It has the ability to discuss all thematic human rights issues and situations that require its attention throughout the year. It meets at the United Nations Office at Geneva. HRC to hold its annual high-level panel discussion on human rights mainstreaming on the following theme: Ttirtieth anniversary of the Beijing Declaration and Platform for Action. The panel will include the participation of the Secretary-General of UN Trade and Development (UNCTAD), Rebeca Grynspan.
