Rebeca Grynspan at UNGA80 with Club de Madrid on global cooperation
25 September 2025 — Rebeca Grynspan, Secretary-General of UN Trade and Development (UNCTAD), at the 80th United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) in New York. UNGA80 brings together world leaders, policymakers and civil society to address today’s interconnected global challenges. During this pivotal week for multilateralism, the Club de Madrid is engaging with partners and leaders on key issues including climate stability, peace and security, inclusive digital governance, global health and economic resilience, while setting the stage for its 2026 Annual Policy Dialogue in Madrid.
