Pedro Manuel Moreno, Acting Secretary-General of UN Trade and Development (UNCTAD), addresses delegates at the opening of the 23rd Session of the Intergovernmental Group of Experts on Competition Law and Policy, held on 8 July 2026 at the Palais des Nations, Geneva. Each year, this intergovernmental group of experts meets to discuss ways of improving worldwide cooperation on competition policy implementation and enhancing convergence through dialogue.
