Special Event on UN Day for South-South Cooperation

The special event marked 40 years since the adoption of the Buenos Aires Plan of Action for promoting and Implementing Technical Cooperation among developing Countries (BAPA), leading up to the Second High-level United Nations Conference on South-South Cooperation (BAPA+40) to be held in Buenos Aires, Argentina, 20-22 March 2019.
