Meeting of the Preparatory Committee for UNCTAD XIII on 3 February 2012. The preparatory process for the thirteenth United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD XIII) advanced as delegates engaged in a first reading of the Draft President's negotiating text for UNCTAD XIII, to be convened from 21-26 April 2012 in Doha, Qatar.
